About Technology
Shijiazhuang Yuen Biotech Co.,Ltd. after more than ten years of continuous research and development, innovation and technological iteration, the quality and process are mature and stable, fully comparable to international advanced production lines. The integrated production equipment is an important direction in the development of pesticide dosage forms in recent years because of its safety, non-pollution to the environment and stability.
1. Our production line adopts the form of airflow crushing, mixing, granulating, drying, cooling, sieving and packaging, with clear functions and co-ordinated operation to achieve process flow operation.
2. The operating shop is dust free, the whole process is in closed environment, and the connection between each production step is smooth and smooth, achieving a veritable "cleanliness" and "continuity".
3. High degree of automation, substantial labor savings. Production links are smooth; materials are weighed and controlled; contacts are PLC controlled throughout, etc. For example, for a production line with a production capacity of 100~500kg/h, only 1~2 workers are required per shift, and the labour intensity of workers is greatly reduced.
